About Courtney
Your partner in the beautiful, chaotic journey of motherhood.

Hello! I'm Courtney.
I am a Certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant and the founder of LullaDream Sleep Consulting. But before all of that, I am a mother to my beautiful one-year-old boy.
Just like you, I experienced the deep emotions and intense exhaustion that arrive with a new baby. Nothing truly prepares a first-time mother for those sleepless nights when the world is quiet, but your house is full of noise and worry. I remember the overwhelm perfectly: the endless pacing in the nursery, the "bedtime battles" that left us both in tears, and the weight of feeling like I was failing my family, simply because we were all so tired.
When I met with my mother’s group, I realised I wasn't alone. We were all lost in the "noise" of fragmented advice from "Dr. Google" and "Chat GPT", searching for a definitive guide that just wasn't there.
My natural instinct to find order in the chaos took over. What began as a personal mission to support my son’s rest turned into a comprehensive deep dive into the science of paediatric sleep. This passion eventually led me to move beyond self-study and complete my formal training to become a Certified Sleep Consultant.
That experience - the exhaustion, the confusion, and the eventual breakthrough, is the heart of LullaDream.
I know how truly life changing it is when those sleep challenges are overcome. It’s not just about a sleeping baby; it’s about finally getting a piece of you back! The ability to enjoy an evening with your partner, time for yourself, and the confidence that comes with knowing you have mastered your baby’s sleep needs.
